How do I start?

  3. Purchase design magazines and gather ideas.  Have an overall scheme or design plan.
  4. Being prepared before coming in helps both you and us.  Bring us your plans or blueprints.
What can I afford?

Premier Bath and Kitchen has many different price points to offer.  Whatever your budget we can offer something different other than what you will find at the "large box stores".

Do you give contractor pricing?

We have licensed contractor, plumber, and designer discounts, please contact the sales staff for information.

Will you work with and sell to the public?

Yes!  We work with Home owners, architects, contractors, plumbers, and designers!

Can you help me design my bathroom?

While we can help you with spatial planning and plumbing specific layouts of your space, we are not certified designers. We offer common sense solutions to inconvenient situations our customers may encounter in their project. We will advise and inform not revise and reform. PBK is a plumbing advisor to you. We will apply our expertise to your project with your input and intentions in mind.

When should I order product?

Each manufacturer has different production time frames and stocking policies. Items can often be available in 7 - 10 business days, yet a non standard item in a special finish can often take 4 - 6 weeks, custom pieces even longer. We recommend giving yourself as much time as possible and suggest working closely with your salesperson to design the appropriate ordering schedule.

Do you install?

We do not provide plumbing/contracting services. We can, however, recommend a reputable local licensed plumber or contractor.

Can I order by phone or internet?

We understand that it is not always possible for everyone to get to the showroom. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover should you wish to purchase an item by phone.

Do you deliver?

We can often ship to you direct from the manufacturer or for non-house charge accounts, have it delivered to you for a fee. Please see a sales staff member for more information.

Why should I make an appointment?

We strongly encourage you to make an appointment with us. Our sales staff is available for walk-ins and appointments. Walk-ins are assisted on a first-come first-served basis, if you make an appointment with one of our sales staff you can be assured of prompt assistance.
